  • Haluaisimme toivottaa tervetulleeksi t��män vieh��ttävän kolmen makuuhuoneen, kaksi kylpyammea koholla kotiin vuokra-ohjelmaan vuonna 2018! Hotelli sijaitsee aivan keskell��� saarta, "Barefeet Retreat" sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, vain lyhyen k��velymatkan pääss�� suoraan rannalle pä��sy polkuja. Nauti avoin pohjaratkaisu ja m�����������kki sisustus, joka on varustettu 65-tuumainen taulutelevisio olohuoneessa, suuret makuuhuoneet, queen vuodesohva, mukava pieni aurinko huone ja kaunis seulotaan oleskelualue takakuistilla.

    Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on queen-makuuhuone, jossa on yhteinen kylpyhuone, tilava keitti���, jossa kaasuliesi ja seinä-uuni, pesutupa, avoin olohuone, ruokailuhuone, joka istuu kymmenen, aurinkotuoleja ja aamiaishuone, ja pääsee helposti suojattuihin kuistilla lämpim��n tuulen aikaan.

    P�����ätä yl��kertaan ja löydät makuuhuone, jossa on king-poster-vuode ja 55-tuumainen taulutelevisio, toinen makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja suuri kylpyhuone molemmille huoneille jaettu erillinen suihku ja puutarha-amme. Beautiful vacation home with everything you need to have the best trip with friends and family. Decor is updated and beachy, kitchen is fully equipped, and tons of beach supplies are provided (except for beach towels). You can’t go wrong with this home and we can’t wait to come back!

Relaxing beach house setting

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well decorated for a beach vacation. Close to the beach - 7 minute walk, lots of beach equipment to use, games for the kids, plenty of kitchen equipment to use and a washer and dryer. My kids loved the large bedrooms and full size beds! Close to the beach and very quiet neighbors. Would definitely recommend!

The back staircase was full of debris so I did not use. The outside shower had swarms of mosquitos living in the drainage area which made for a quick shower. The outdoor beach chairs, accessories, and toys were scattered all over from previous renters.

We found the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking, the living room to be extra cozy, and loved enjoying our morning coffee on the back porch. An A+ stay!

Great stay

Overall loved everything, some things to note, the realty company did not communicate through VRBO at all, but if you messaged them directly (through their website) they were extremely prompt. The house itself was awesome but loud, lots of open space and very few rugs. Wasn’t a huge deal, but sound machines would be helpful for little ones! We’ll be back!!

Nice location in family friendly neighborhood

We picked this house primarily based on the size (needed 3 bedrooms) & the location which is just a short walk to the beach & a bit longer, but still reasonable to the park/playground. We were however disappointed with the upkeep at the property. The home needs some TLC in terms of interior updates & desperately needs a power washing outside. The property did offer all we needed for kitchen needs, beach gear & outdoor seating.

family time

We really enjoyed our stay at 3502 Hartnett. The beach was about a 10 minute walk but since our kids are bigger it was fine. I did find the layout a bit odd since the master is upstairs and shares a large bathroom with the kids' room which can sleep 4. Also there is one bedroom alone downstairs which is not the master, so we had to decide whether we felt comfortable to put my daughter there by the front door. All this is clearly in the description online. Otherwise the place was nice and clean. Kitchen is dated and the burners didn't all work but maintenance was very receptive when we called about the grill so they will likely fix the burners. Neighborhood friendly, not so quiet but it was ok.

Fabulous Fall Break

We spent a week over Fall Break here and it was fabulous! Super clean house. The house is decorated so nicely with great attention to detail (e.g., extension cords by the beds for phone chargers, string lights on the porch). It truly felt like a beach getaway! We used the kitchen and the grill (even provided backup propane) for meals. The stove and oven were older but we had no issue cooking all planned meals! The kitchen was well-stocked and it was so nice to have a large pantry to store things. It may sound weird, but I appreciate nice matching dishes and not feeling like you get the owner's used and abused leftovers - this was definitely the case here. The walk to the beach was fine for us. Older guests may think it is long, but is is shaded and flat. A golf cart is definitely not a must! The shared bathroom upstairs didn't present any problems, but may take some coordination if you are staying with others ;) The shower is small, but not really an issue. There is a bench to sit on. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Reviewer Comments: Worked well for our needs.It would be helpful for potential renters to understand the limitations of the property for folks with any limitations - house could be entered only by multiple steps, many inside doorways were narrow, bathroom on main level would be hard to manage for anyone with limitations and bed in upstairs BR was very high off the floor. House was well-appointed and attractive and comfortable but I missed having disposal and ice maker. Parking for 1 car was great - but it would have been difficult to get a 2nd car into the space. The location was in a wonderful residential neighborhood - very quiet. For us, the walk to the beach was fine - 3 blocks to beach access walkway.

Family Vacation

This is a great property. Plenty of room and natural light in the home. Lots of space for us to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs (pot/pans and dishes/tableware). As a woman who likes to do laundry before returning home the dryer would take two drying cycles to get your items dry. Updated appliances would make the task more efficient.

Great Location, Great stay!

We booked our stay with island realty and really enjoyed the week at the beach! We spent a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and enjoyed several days at the beach, which is a short walk from the house. The house has a great layout for families with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked and I’m always happy to see a washer and dryer in a vacation rental! My family would be more than happy to book again at 3502 Harttnet!

The screened in porch was well used (and you’ll be very grateful because those bugs are biting in the Carolinas! Pack your bug spray!) thanks to reading past reviews, we knew to plan around a few things so hopefully this helps you as well!-the stovetop is ancient and does not work well. So don’t plan to impress your family with your culinary skills. But the gas grill is great and we also appreciated the fantastic appliances like the countertop oven for air frying, reheating, and convection baking. -the water pressure in the showers is impressive!! I never have high expectations when on vacation but this really stood out. Especially when you’re showering after a day at the beach (there is an outdoor shower to get the sand off before you come in the house)-renting a golf cart is a MUST. And do it early because they book up. It will run you about $400 for the week. Well worth it. -the upstairs bathroom is HUGE. The shower in that bath is not. So think about this when assigning bedrooms. -the house is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, even games, puzzles and books! Save yourself some room in the car and leave your beach chairs at home. Our one complaint—and it’s not the owner’s fault—is the house across the street has several dogs and they are out at all hours. They bark, which is not the dog’s fault, but the inconsiderate owners who leave their two very large dogs (and their four puppies) outside all day and night, and even in the rain. The property manager was so responsive but there’s nothing they can do. My advice is to call the Liveability Police everytime the dogs bark during quiet hours (we were woken nearly every morning at 5, 6, 7 am). They take the noise ordinance in IOP seriously and will make a stop and perhaps even fine the owners. I would recom

Lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the amount of light in this home! Very comfortable and cozy. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space. Location to beach was a very easy walk. We did rent a golf cart to make it easier for an older member of our group. Having the washer and dryer in the pantry area was perfect. There were quite a few beach items to use in the open garage area. We didn’t have to use any, but we were pleasantly surprised. Ping pong table was an added fun activity. Appliances were on the smaller side but ok for our group’s needs. Upstairs shower is small. Just worth noting for taller people! Considering this for next year unless we decide to stay right on the ocean. Definitely enjoyed by everyone!

Great location on Isle of Palms

Wonderful house. About the only thing I would change is they really need to update the gas cook top. It doesn't work well and it looks like it might be from the 60's or 70's.

Perfect Getaway!
