We are locals that needed to move out of our home for 4 days for remodeling. This hotel had the best ratings/reviews and was reasonably priced.
Pros: comfortable beds, Convenient location, decent hot breakfast served each morning.
Cons: It was very loud during our stay up until about 11 pm/midnight each night. There were a lot of preteens running up and down the halls over and over, lots of yelling in the halls for several hours each night. No staff involvement/security guards to enforce quiet hours (we have young kids that were trying to sleep). Cold pool/non heated. No smart TVs, just a few Channels/very outdated. Most hotels have smart TVs these days sonyou can log in to your own netflix, etc accounts. Rooms not cleaned well or restocked sufficiently each day by cleanng staff.
Neutral: Parking good some days and difficult other days, Daytime staff was lovely and helpful but nighttime staff had unfriendly attitudes and couldnt be bothered . For the most part, rooms were clean but the halls of the hotel weren't vacuumed while we were there, lots of dirt and debris.
