Cheerful townhome near Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Charleston & Shem Creek.

Hang out in the gorgeously updated kitchen and bar or relax on the soft, cozy leather couch in the den. Patio has a privacy fence and can be used almost year round. WiFi and smart TV if you need to work remotely or help keep kids entertained. Bedrooms are a decent size and bathrooms have been totally updated. Relax in a nice bath in either bathroom. I will have better pictures soon. These were taken with a phone while we were furnishing it to get it live. STR Permit – ST240180

Only 1 of the 3 keys in the lockbox worked. The HVAC unit fan runs continuously, so air is constantly blowing. Other than that, everything was good. The check in and out was super easy and it was a very convenient location.

Had an incredible time and stay on our weekend trip to Charlston/ Mt Pleasant. The property was nice and the location was great. Close to Charleston and Mt Pleasant POI's. Property was nicely furnished with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. I hope that i get a chance to go back. We didn't stay long enough!!

We enjoyed our stay . From the check in to the departure everything went smoothly. We had no issues. The place was very clean and the surrounding area was very cute . Also, central location of many nearby restaurants, shops and sites. Highly recommend Langdons for dinner , and Second state for coffee. Hope to be back soon !!

This is an ideal place to stay for a visit to the Charleston area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendy. The location is excellent! 10 minutes to Charleston, 10 minutes to Sullivans Island. 10 minutes to Mt. Peasant town ctr and wonderful shopping. Restaurants like Pages Okra Grill, Nicos, Graze and many more are minutes away. Shem Creek is 5 min as are Old Town Mt. Pleasant, Aldis, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, and Publix. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is parking for four cars. Clint is very knowledgeable and helpful. We have stayed here four times for a month each time and would not stay anywhere else in the Charleston area.

Great experience

Everything was as advertised and an overall great experience for our family of five. Very comfortable property and surprisingly calm considering the downtown location. I did not read the property's description properly so it was not a good idea on my part to drive my pick up truck. The parking space, as advertised, is fairly small. Totally MY fault. I had no problem finding parking spaces on the street although I was illegally parked most of the time (no ticket!).

The owner manager did respond well. It would be better if there was a keyless entry. He’s painting the unit now after our request that we left. It definitely needed a paint job on the inside -that was disappointing. Could you use better mattresses? It was clean and a nice location and I would stay there again now that it’s being repainted a lot of scuff marks inside.I don’t understand what people do to walls hand rails a/c vents with their suitcases? Air conditioner worked well. It would be nice if salt & pepper was left in the unit & more trash bags (2 to 3 plastic ones for kitchen can would help). He was responsive and brought us more hangers which were also needed & appreciated.

Amazing location clean property

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-appointed townhouse. The location was perfect, quiet, and safe. The property looked just like the pictures. Modern and updated kitchen with all the conveniences of home. The property manager was very communicative about answering questions quickly, and even accommodated a date change for us which was greatly appreciated.Of note: A few things were not working such as the water machine and ice maker on the fridge and the garage disposal in the sink. Also all the doors to the closets were missing or removed and leaning in the case of the master bedroom which seemed a bit dangerous. The rental included dish detergent and laundry detergent but no bath items (shampoo, body wash, etc) so plan to bring those with you. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. Overall a great experience though and we would stay again.

Family historical trip

We chose to stay here because of its proximity to Ft Sumter and the plantations we planned to visit on this trip. The location was perfect with easy drives to each destination. The house was clean and comfortable for my family. With 2 college age children on this trip, having the quantity of bedrooms/bathrooms was very convienient.

Location, location....

This property is conviently located to restaurants, beaches and activities. Very much enjoyed and appreciated the USS YORKTOWN and Patriots Point Park as well as the dolphin cruise. Grocery options close by as well.

It was a nice clean townhouse close to a wedding we were attending at Patriots Point. The down side was that the beds were squeaky and there was no soap or shampoo provided. .

Very seamless, clean and good location. Two things - the beds were very uncomfy and creeky very thin pillows and the water on the fridge dispenser did not work. Other good place for a quick stay and nice that there’s a parking spot

Great location!

We were in town for a high school baseball tournament. The location of the townhouse is great. Walking distance to Shem’s Creek. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.WiFi was a little slow and our AT&T cell service only had 1 bar while inside the townhouse. Not sure why but other places in town it was fine. The only other issues we had, which I brought to the attention of the owner and he said he would be fixing/replacing, was squeaky beds, broken toaster, and prior guest must have had a pet that left a few smelly stains on the stairway carpet. Assuming those items were remedied, we would definitely stay there again.
