”Staff, location, dining all excellent! Room was very clean. However, the electric outlets were loose and the nozzle for the cold water in the bathroom was rusted and would not turn.”

”I cannot say enough about The Loutrel. It was recommended by my daughter who stayed there last year. She said it was a hotel to remember and she was spot on! From the moment we walked in it felt special graced with Southern hospitality. The lobby/gathering area & bar was so beautifully decorated with so much natural light. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room and all common areas were so clean and spacious with large windows letting in natural light. The extras are the bomb!...

”Easy check in process and appreciated the 1200 checkout. We were able to utilize the pool area later in the morning before checkout. Valet was easy and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and quiet. We even had a balcony that overlooked Bay Street. Just a fantastic hotel.”

”We were a little underwhelmed when we stayed at the Dewberry. It is nice but not for the price you pay. We stayed at another hotel for 3 days before that & had impeccable service & rooms so maybe that is why but we didn't feel like there was anything really special about our room here. The location is far away from all the things we wanted to do, which was fine because we don't mind walking, but just something to note. The rooftop bar is a must & you get preferred access if you stay there...
