  • Pysy yhdessä Wild Dunesin suosituimmista komplekseista! Tämä meren rannalla sijaitseva kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen korotettu huoneisto on kätevä olla askeleen päässä merestä ja myös kaunis yhteisallas. Lattiat ja kalusteet päivitetään kaikissa makuuhuoneissa ja asuintiloissa. Yhteisön ulkouima-allas ja rantaan pääsy rantatiellä on suoraan rakennuskompleksin vieressä. Nauti merituulet ja näkymät Atlantin valtamerelle turvatarkasta kuistilta tai pääparvekkeelta.

    Ensimmäisess�� kerroksessa on yksi makuuhuone, kylpyhuone, keittiö, ruokailutila ja kauniisti suunniteltu asuintila, jossa on taulu-kaapeli-TV ja suora pääsy turvatarkastettuun kuistilla. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa omat kylpyhuoneet, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Master-sviitissä on oma parveke, josta on upeat merinäkymät. Pysäköinti ulkopuolella kadulla. Mukana Wi-Fi ja liinavaatteet. Ei lemmikkejä. Tupakointi kielletty.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

The TV and internet were easy to operate. The only area which could and should be improved was the mattresses. This is important for a pleasant stay and these all need to be replaced.

We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.
