    Hemmottele itseäsi tässä uudessa, merenrantapaikassa, 6 makuuhuoneen kodissa Isle of Palmsissa! Tämä ammattimaisesti sisustettu, kaunis merenranta-koti sijaitsee "Millionaire's Row" -alueella. Omistaja on säästynyt kustannuksella esitellessään tätä kotiasi ilo ja nautinto.

    Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on valoisa ja siinä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, joka mahdollistaa maksimaalisen elämän nauttimisen. Suuressa huoneessa on takka, merinäköala, valtava tv ja pääsy ekspansiiviseen ulkotilaan, jossa on istuinryhmä. Keittiössä on gourmet-valikoima ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja ruokasali ympäröi 3 puolelta merinäköalaa! Tässä kerroksessa on kaksi vierashuonetta.

    Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on marmoriset toppeja ja suihkukaappi. Master-sviitti toisessa kerroksessa ja hyödyntää merinäköalaa. Yksityinen päällikkö kylpy on suuri suihkukaappi, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja poreallas.

    Toisessa kerroksessa on myös den kanssa istuimet, joka johtaa avoimeen kuisti merinäköalalla. Kolme muuta vierashuonetta ympäröivät majoituksen tässä kerroksessa.

    Ulkona viihdyttävä ei saa parempaa koko kesäkeittiössä suuren uima-altaan ja kylpylän rinnalla! Jokainen ryhmässäsi nauttii lounging poolside ja ottaa rento ateria istuma-ja taulukko alueilla. East Islands Rentals website described the property to a "T". The location and amenities were great. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was great. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Granny and Papaw enjoyed sitting on the porch and beach just looking at the ocean and birds. One night a sea turtle had laid a nest of eggs just up from our boardwalk. That was exciting. I would definitely recommend this house and the East Island Rental Agency to family and anyone else. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about this home.

Great house, location but advertised incorrectly and lots of things didn't work

The good: The house was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. We would rent again if some items were fixed and managed better. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. One of the primary reasons we chose this house is the outdoor fireplace and TV which is advertised in the first picture on VRBO. Unfortunately, neither of these worked and when we called the mgt. company they said they haven't worked in sometime and couldn't be fixed. They said the fireplace kept blowing out with the wind and the TV connections outside kept breaking. We would have chosen another house would we have known upfront. Due to this and the multiple times we had to keep calling on items, we did ask for a 10% discount after our stay and we were told "we don't provide discounts", "we've had air conditioners go out and we still don't provide a discount, we try to fix it promptly but no discount." Just beware. We paid to have the hot tub heated but it was not heated when we arrived. When we called we found out that paying to heat the hot tub meant we were allowed to heat the hot tub ourselves. They didn't send us the directions ahead of time so we couldn't use it the first night. There's a process where you turn the heater on and it takes about 40 minutes to heat up and it stays on for 2.5 hours so it takes some planning use. The hot tub stopped working the second day, the indoor fireplace stopped working and we had to request a stopper for the master tub. The management company was quick to come out and fix them but because they didn't happen all at once it was multiple calls and periods of not being able to use them. The cookware was nice but they only had one non-stick pan which made normal cooking difficult. There were other small items but the biggest issue was the outside area not working as advertised.

Terrific Thanksgiving Week!

UNFORGETTABLE FAMILY GETAWAY

The home is perfect for large families and has a great open floor plan, a well stocked kitchen, and amazing views of the ocean and beach. It was a 5 min or less walk to bars/restaurants/shops on IOP, a 5 min drive to the grocery store, and close to Charleston, Boone Hall, and many other local attractions. Unforgettable family memories made. We will be back for sure.

Great location, lovely home

Just like the photos, this house is gorgeously decorated and fabulously located. The property management team came up a bit short for a problem that we encountered but other than that, I highly recommend this property to others. Loved the convenience of the elevator for lugging our groceries and luggage up and down stairs. The pool is perfect for little ones because it is fenced in and adults could relax without running after escaping toddlers.

Family Vacation

Awesome home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Lands End. We've stayed in many IOP houses and this was our favorite. Loved the outside living spaces and spent many hours at the pool. The only minor issue we had was the internet, it doesn't work well but it didn't damper our stay.

Wonderful house, would come back

Loved this house. Everything was so nice -- huge kitchen, great porch. Could watch great sunrises in the master bedroom and would walk on the beach to catch the sunset. I would definitely come back. The only thing that was frustrating from a working-at-home perspective was that the wifi on the second floor didn't always work, but I think the owner is working on that. Other than that, it was a delightful stay to ward off the COVID blues

Amazing home

Comfortable and cozy wish we could have had more time there!. Only wish the recycle and trash bins had been emptied before we came and while we were there.

Best beach house ever!!

Awesome house. Better than online pictures! Clean and great location! Pool and beach were amazing!would come back every year!

Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, but many of the amenities did not work/needed to be fixed including:1) outdoor grill2) outdoor sink3) garbage disposal4) Sonos Sound System5) Wifi was inconsistent at best6) Pool was extremely warm (not heated) due to sun, so probably needs a chiller installed7) Elevator did not work8) The keys provided did not actually go with the houseThe good news is that the company was very responsive when we called (three times during the first three days) and sent staff to try to address the issues (though the wifi and sonos never quite worked well).

Dream Beach House

Gorgeous house with beautiful updated decor and everything we needed for our family reunion. It is in the perfect location for anything you would want to see in the greater Charleston area.
