Upon early arrival the front desk staff accommodated early check in and upon a curiosity request they upgraded our room. This was our first time at this establishment and it was very clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. My children enjoyed the pool very much.

We had a great stay at your property. We were there for our 35th wedding anniversary. There were chocolates and Prosecco in the refrigerator when we arrived. Great Wolf Lodge Mashantucket
Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment
