”The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. ”when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.”

”Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.”

”Was charged a 150 dollar in room fee that I don't even know what for. I didn't buy or order anything from hotel or on tv. They won't call me back I can't even imagine what they offer that costs as much as the room. I guess I'm gonna contact my credit card and dispute it.”

”Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Home2 Suites. But I will say I don't travel much so It was disappointing to hear they didnt have any rooms available at check in time. I automatically thought they meant they overbooked and Id have to find somewhere else to stay but after contacting EXPEDIA and they contacted the property they informed me the room just wasn't clean yet. ”Hotel was great. Location is excellent! Overall, very clean and truly gracious hospitality team. The one negative was the noise from the street was really loud. I recommend you check that when booking. I was so exhausted, I didn’t think to ask after my flight was cancelled. The bed was comfortable and I still slept hard despite the noise.”
