”Room was clean, check in was easy. Rooms are NOT soundproof as advertised. Woke up to arguing/hollering in the stairway at least three times the first night. Once it was so loud and heated I got out of bed to get my phone in case we needed to call 911. Homelessness is a HUGE UNADVERTISED issue downtown. Many homeless people sleeping in the doorway to the hotel as well as along the mall camping out with shopping carts, etc. One man decided to start screaming vulgar names at us while my husband...
