”Being in a cellular dead zone, the Hotel should have a robust WiFi system, but it does not. The only location that you could adequately connect was in the breakfast area downstairs during the breakfast hours.
The Hotel now has a policy in which they do not clean rooms or provide clean towels unless you are staying more than three nights. You can of course ask for clean towels, but on one occasion they supplied only one set for two people.
Breakfast isn’t served until 8:00AM, and at times you...

”Toilet seat was very loose
Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch.
No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity.
Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel.”
