”Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. ”

”We booked 2 junior suites, room 228 was very nice and matched what was advertised on the website. Unfortunately room 117 was less satisfactory, 2 rooms on different levels had been knocked together to form a 'suite' with 2 bathrooms a very small bedroom and remote equally small sitting area. Nice view of the bin store from the window resulting in plenty of clattering as bins were deposited there. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice.”

My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. ”Stayed in room 201 which was all very nice until 3am when the air-conditioning hardware in the ceiling void made some horrendous vibration noises along with a squeal which sounded like the fan bearing. Boiled the kettle in the morning for it to boil but when it turned itself off the plug had a massive electrical arc causing damage to the cable.
