”Hotelli itsessään oli kaunis ja palvelu hyvää. Aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen aamulla. Uudenaikaisin ja siistein hotelli matkamme aikana. Tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu. Hotelli on kyllä kävelymatkan päässä Peterborough:n kesksutasta, mutta lähellä on myös erittäin roskainen ja huonosti hoidettu lähiöalue, jonne helposti lähtee myös kävelemään keskustan sijasta. Hyvä hotelli siis, osaa etsiä shoppailu mahdollisuuksia ja keskiaikaista rakennuskulttuuria toisesta suunnasta.”

”Lovely clean room with everything we needed from a kettle and mugs to bathroom essentials. It was really quiet and the bed was very comfy. There's restaurants very close by as well.”

Sille ei kuitenkaan tehty mitään koko aikana, eikä seuraava vuoro ollut kertaakaan tietoinen koko asiasta. Aamiaismaksujen kanssa oli myös sekoilua, ilta- ja aamuvuorolaista eri mielipiteet hinnasta ja maksuista. Suihkusta ei tullut kuin tulikuumaa vettä.”

”Very, very steep stairs to the apartment. Spacious with 2 separate rooms. Microwave, toaster and air fryer but no oven or hob. Not enough cutlery/crockery. No tea towel! I'd say not very well equipped. ”
