”Great hotel with polite and helpful staff. Located close to the outlet mall. Short drive to both the Falls and the NOTL downtown area. We had breakfast at LIV restaurant. The buffet was well worth the cost. The options were very fresh and tasty. The rooms were also spacious and clean with comfortable pillows and beds. We will be returning again soon!”

”What a great place to stay when visiting the Niagara area. Very friendly and efficient staff, lots of free parking, lovely, spacious suite with full size fridge and microwave. Convenient location - close to outlet shopping, wineries and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you're looking for a great place to stay on a budget (remember, this is a student residence), then this is your place!”

”This is a brand new hotel. Our room had a small but clean and well equipt kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we slept well. The staff were very nice and really wanted to help any way they could. The free breakfast buffet was a nice surprise because they had some hot dishes like eggs, sausage, and waffles, not only continental style.
