”Das Hotel war der Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch an den Niagara-Fällen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, recht groß mit einem Fine-Dining Restaurant, einer Bar, In-Door Swimming Pool und wird mit viel Aufwand gepflegt. Es hat einen schönen Gartenbereich. Unser Zimmer im sogenannten Turm war sehr groß, ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (der Teppich schon recht alt, die Tapete nicht mehr ganz sauber und das Bad nicht mehr up-to-date) aber sauber und gepflegt.

”We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience.”

”Everyone was so welcoming. Met John upon arrival and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Joyce who greet you in the morning and takes your breakfast order is the sweetest, nicest woman I could’ve stayed and talked with her for quite a while. Ping, The cook and baker is unsurpassed as far as other B&B chefs and I’ve had some good ones.
The bed was comfortable, had an independent air conditioning unit on top of the Central air, which we only needed at night.

”We spent 6 amazing nights at Americana and have 0 complaints. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. The property was well maintained and beautiful. We originally had a room with two Queen beds and bunk beds and they upgraded us to the two room suite with a Pirate theme that my children loved and made our stay so much nicer. Their water park was perfect - big enough to entertain but not overwhelming - we went 3x. I cannot say great enough things about Americana. ”
