”Everything was beyond our expectations! The gardens(wow!) - one of the prettiest properties we’ve seen. And, the kind staff made us feel at home. Definitely coming back, just to stay here. Thanks to Peter, Ali and others.”

Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure.”

”The staff was very pleasant, my room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, other aspects of the room were sorely lacking. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat did not fit straight, the carpeting was terribly stained, the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the overall look was very dated. I understand the inn is about to undergo a big upgrade, and that's a good thing. It's needed.”

”10-15 minute walk to town. Extremely clean and updated. Rooms were spacious. Nice grounds and pool area. Only complaint is the ice machine was completely empty. Otherwise, a great stay.”

”It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! ”We really enjoyed our stay at Sesuit house! Our room was small and older, but clean and cozy. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast. Very pleasant and relaxing location, close proximity to Mayflower Beach where we enjoyed the amazing tide pools and sunset. A great place to stay mid Cape!”

”Room was very nice very clean. Our stay was very nice. Only thing I noticed was the landscaping was not very well done. Doesn't look like they tend to it at all. I guess that doesn't matter much because the room was nice.”
