”This was such a cute little place tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our family stayed the weekend of the 50th anniversary of Expo '74 and Bloomsday and could not have been more in love with this. We decided to take Lyfts downtown and pickups were easy from the street and quick to downtown. Groceries and Restaurants are many and within a 10min drive. You get the feel of the old time cottage history with all modern updates and comforts. Mari was very responsive and an awesome host. Thank you!”

”The home and yard were beautiful, the location was perfect for us since it was so central. Home was well stocked with coffee, tea, and utensils. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Spokane.”

”Great place. Very clean. Lot of kitchen amenities so if you want to cook you should be all set. Great backyard - although with tiny dogs like us you have to be mindful of the holes. I feel like they put a lot of time into thinking about what guests need. I would for sure stay there again.!”

”We enjoyed our two night stay in the upper loft of the Billiken Inn. It was nicely decorated and had nice unexpected amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It's been nicely remodeled. It was very quiet except for the train whistles. Since it is a loft unit, there were a number of times when my husband bumped his head on the angled ceiling.”

”The location of this lovely home could not have been better. We walked the trail, visited shops and enjoyed the bikes that were kindly provided. Each room had a beautiful view. We cannot wait to return!”

”Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++”

”The cottage was exactly as described in the listing. We were so thankful to have a nice place to come back to after a few long days of baseball. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed and a nice coffee pot! Huge perk! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed- it was kind of hard, but I’m also very partial to my own bed. We will definitely be looking to book this place again next time we’re in town!”

”The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.”

”When reading the online description of this property, it is listed as a "Luxury Home." I'm not sure what they or VRBO constitute as "luxury" but this was not luxury in my experience. Don't get me wrong. It was fine. It is decorated circa 1980. It was clean and the amenities were adequate and comfortable. However, do not rent this expecting some sort of Beverly Hills experience.”

”Our group of 4 adults and a toddler had a great time in Spokane. This house is a perfect walk to Pizza, Coffee, Bagel, Breakfast and other great restaurants. We walked both mornings for breakfast. We appreciated what the house had to offer, slept great and would highly recommend !”

”We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!”

”Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend.”

”Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby. ”
