This freshly remodeled Spokane cottage offers the perfect mix of charm, comfort, and flexibility. Located just a block from Shadle Park, and minutes from restaurants, shopping, and downtown, this home is a quiet retreat with thoughtful amenities for families, groups, or longer stays.

Whether you're traveling for rest, family time, or a local event, you'll find plenty of space to gather — and room to spread out when you need it.

The Space

Inside, you’ll find four full-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room, full kitchen upstairs, and a bonus kitchenette and coffee nook downstairs — ideal for guests who want some separation or added convenience.

The upstairs living area includes a comfy sectional, Smart TV with streaming, and soft lighting. The full kitchen is stocked with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), cookware, dishes, and basic pantry supplies.

Downstairs, you'll find a second kitchenette with a ceramic electric cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee maker — plus dishes and cookware, including a fry pan. It’s a convenient setup for downstairs guests who prefer a bit of independence for snacks, morning coffee, or simple meals.

There are two bathrooms (one on each level), both stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials. A laundry area with washer, dryer, and detergent is available for your use.

Step outside the back door to find a cozy patio with seating, perfect for coffee or conversation. Further back in the yard, a second patio in front of the garage features an outdoor dining table and barbecue grill — great for summer evenings and shared meals.

The backyard is fully fenced, private, and peaceful — ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play.

A short 10–15 minute drive takes you to downtown Spokane, where you can enjoy Riverfront Park, ride the Looff Carousel, explore pedestrian bridges, or visit museums, cafes, and concerts. It’s the heart of Spokane and a great place to explore year-round.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home, both patios, backyard, and all indoor spaces. Entry is easy with a secure digital keypad — no need for key exchange. Your personal code will be provided before check-in.

We live right across the street and are happy to help if anything comes up. We’re nearby but always respect your space.

Check-in was smooth, hosts were very helpful when I inadvertently booked a day earlier than intended. We were 2 families of 3 in town for a family funeral, so having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our needs! Kitchen was well stocked, clean amenties and super cozy. Hosts were very responsive, very glad we snagged this gem!
