”Please invest in more than one elevator or atleast ramps in each area. Extremely annoying to go back and forth especially when in building 5 and 6 when needing a trolly! Other than that it's a great hotel with a beautiful pool”

”Absolutely disgusting hotel. It is dated, but that isn’t the issue. There was a hair in the bed, multiple hairs in the bathtub. It smelled and the wall and floor were disgusting. I refused to let my kids eat their breakfast and if it was refundable I would have stayed somewhere else. We asked for a rollaway bed and were denied. Probably because they had it set up in the gym area for an employee to use.”

”The room and premises were great. The wi-fi was an issue, we were told it was new and had problems - it did. The location is not great, far from anything walkable, although close to Expressway. The breakfast and breakfast room facilities were good, our room's design and condition were very good. The Inn entrance requires a room key or call to open door, probably because of neighborhood . Everything was clean and well-maintained.”

”HUGE pool but my sons pointed out hair, etc. in the pool. I would’ve loved to clean it out if there was a net/scooper. Also towels were strewn about that other guests had left out. Is it that hard for a staff member to swing by the pool every couple of hours to pick them up? Certain spots of our room looked dirty, like some gross spots on the chair. So I wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was just fine.”
