I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.”

”Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

We got scammed by another booking and wound up staying here very last min, so we were quite panicked when we arrived the staff were helpful, kind, and overall just changed the tone of our day to pleasant. ”This property was AMAZING for my daughter’s 10th birthday gathering. The restaurant seated us specially so the kids could be themselves together and then we had the kids up to a suite where they put us in a great corner unit where we wouldn’t get any noise complaints :) we are so grateful! The staff also made our daughter a special cake for when we checked in.”

”From the friendly greeting to the heartfelt goodbye, this was a very positive quick stay in Victoria. Parking was simple, the facilities clean and comfortable, the decor beautiful and our suite was a perfect place to relax after a day of travel and sightseeing. We were very impressed with the environmental initiatives by the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience.”

The room had so much personality, and right from the start, the staff made it clear that they would help us with anything we needed. Afternoon tea was flawless, and the breakfast was top-notch. ”This is a beautiful little gem. Was in Victoria for my convocation and got to stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and we were wowed by the room (suite!) we got. Perfect location too - it's a very short walk into all the great things downtown and down to the water but is also super quiet in the neighborhood so you can sleep well. We will definitely be back.”

”The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return”
