It's great to stay at a lake! There over the 4th and it was so nice to have the option of staying in (with everything you need for a relaxing summer day) or leave to go adventure. This place was well maintained, neat as a pin and well stocked. Happy we booked it.

My daughter and I really enjoyed staying at the cabin on Long Lake. We had a great time. The bike is beautiful and the water is crystal clear. The hosts are very nice people. I would definitely come back for another visit.

Mark and Nancy were very pleasant to rent from. Place was very clean and neat. No concerns and would rent from them again!

Beautiful property in a secluded area! If you’re looking for a quiet place away from almost everyone this is the place for you! The owner lives on the property and will greet you when you arrive to let you know the door is open. The rooms, beds, and kitchen were clean and well kept. I do wish there was more blankets and pillows and a trash can available in the bathroom. The lake views are calming and just what I was hoping for when booking this property.

It was difficult to get in touch with the owner prior to arrival. That said, she was very flexible about the problem I wanted to discuss with her. The home was clean and mostly comfy. The primary bed was comfortable, but the bunk bed was not. The stove is close to the wall, and even though there is a barrier on the wall, it is unnerving to cook on the stove. Moreover, only two of the four burners light easily. The others have to be babied. I suggest that the stove be replaced with a cook surface. (Portable ones are not expensive, and are much easier to keep clean.) There was a strong odor of gas in the unit. It appeared to be coming from the water heater, located in the bathroom. Keeping the bathroom door closed and the windows open remedied the situation, but I imagine that the water heater needs to be adjusted ( or maybe moved outside?). The setting was delightful. The dock was in good repair, and there were plenty of shady, grassy, quiet, relaxing areas outside.
