”Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again.”

”Room was clean but stair carpets were smelly and dirty also skirting board gathered lots of dust. Room curtains had dirty stains on them, I told staff but nothing was done about it. No lifts, had to go up the stairs to the third floor than 4th floor. Downstairs and reception area looked very clean and inviting, but up the stairs were dirty snd smelly. Dirty towel left in hanging in the bathroom, dirty nappies left in the bin, bedding were clean but pillows and duvet had bad smell.”

”Room was quite big and beds were very good. There was iron in room, also electric kettle ja coffee. Nice bathroom, expect shower without pressure and not hairdryer there (it was possible to loan from reception). Good connections by tram, around until midnight.”

”I read a recent review not to be concerned in what was looking like you were turning up in an industrial estate, the setting is odd yes but works well. It was a lovely stay and the apartment was really spacious, clean and had exactly what we needed, we had a great stay. It was an ok walk into the town centre aswell so if you like walking its only a stones throw away and was perfect for us. Manchester is a city centre, expect there might be a small amount of noise at times from groups who are...

”Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

”Olen majoittunut lukuisia kertoja huippuhotelleissa. CitySuites jättää erittäin laadukkaan ja osaavan kuvan itsestään. Täällä olet enemmän "kotonasi" kuin luxus-hotelleissa. Ilman muuta ykkösvaihtoehto Manchesterissä hieman pidemmän majoituksen tarpeeseen. Erinomainen henkilökunta.”

”Surkein kulkukorttisysteemi, jonka olen koskaan nähnyt. Hissien ja huoneen oven kanssa jatkuvia ongelmia. Kaikki hotellin hyvät puolet nollautuvat tällä. Onneksi on valinnanvaraa. Harmi sinänsä ihan hotellinkin puolesta. Noilla kulkukorteilla menettävät asiakkaita joka päivä.”
