”Room was lovely, clean updated. One concern was awful vinegar-y smell in hallway (2nd floor) when exiting the elevator. Breakfast was lovely, good strong coffee, fresh good food, clean setup. Staff was courteous. ”

”Room was not ready at check-in time when we arrived after 4:00. Returned to hotel around 7:30 and multiple people ahead of us were told their rooms were still not ready. Ridiculous if there’s a 4pm check-in time, but rooms still aren’t ready at almost 8pm. Evening staff was not very welcoming and came off as cold. Room was outdated, but overall clean. Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet and the food was good. Morning staff at the front desk were very friendly. ”

”Well if you like jamming out to Enter Sandman at 11:30 at night, this is the place for you! Live band, small rooms, and paper thin walls do not mix well for travelers who are there to sleep and not party. This is not a terrible place but we were looking for sleep as we had early morning flights. ”

”Overall nice and cozy place. Very good beds and I loved they had real duvet covers. Also I appreciated the water fountain. I think that paper plates and plastic utensils were out of place. Anyhow the breakfast quality was good. The staff was ok, but definitely not friendly. Never said good morning etc. So I didn’t feel welcomed to this hotel. (We spent 3 nights.) Backyard view to the hill was stunning! ”

”A hour into being checked in we found trash and a moldy sandwich under the toddler room bed side table . Through the night my second king room lost heat noone in maintenance was available until 6:30 in the morning to come fix it it worked for a short amount of time and was freezing cold again .Our second night my double bed room was changed to 2 king family rooms as well toilets were leaking and running all night only one room had heat around 2 am i had a sick 1 year old tht threw up on the...

Every time someone upstairs walked, the entire duct system within the walls near the kitchen area shook and made loud noises, interfering with sleep.
