What was much worse; in the room there was a stark moldy smell that did not go off even as we kept the windows from both sides of the room open for 2 full days & nights. ”The rooms were fine, but it’s more a bar and nightclub than a boutique hotel. After making the booking they sent a message informing us about the late night music which was not advertised in the description. I asked to cancel but they refused, and said they would allocate a quiet room instead. When we arrived they had downgraded the room type (no bath included as promised) and did not offer to alter the price.”
