”The hotel was great and clean. It was near a Park and Ride. Taking a bus from there to the city centre was easy and the journey took only about 10 minutes. However, a downside was that the buses did not run on Christmas Day. Near the hotel, there is not really anything worthwhile to see. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The double bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and nice. The room also had an empty mini-bar which you could you use as your mini-fridge. If you...

”We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow.”

”We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back.”

”I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and every time is better than the last. I didn’t give a full 5 star rating this time as the lift was not working. Apart from that everything and everyone was 5 star and I definitely recommend anyone visiting Cheltenham to stay at the Hotel du Vin”
