  • We are renting out a new, high-quality, fully renovated, and cozy apartment in Chemnitz Borna, right next to the Küchwald.

    The apartment consists of:

    Living room:

    Very large panoramic window opening onto the spacious terrace—your favorite spot—large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

    Kitchen:

    New, fully equipped, open-concept, high-quality kitchen with brand-name built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and range hood.

    Bathroom:

    Bathroom with natural light, equipped with a bathtub, shower, and heated towel rack.

    Bedroom:

    Very large bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the Küchwald.

    A 76 m² second-floor apartment with a large terrace and unobstructed views of the countryside is being rented out by a private owner following a complete energy-efficiency renovation.
    Quiet residential area with open-plan development (all floors, ceilings, and exterior walls additionally insulated). Windows have been completely replaced.
