”The property was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was good. The food in general was good. The room was very dated and in need of an update. The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. It is not 55” and is definitely not smart. This was extremely disappointing as my wife and I were looking forward to cosying up in the room and catching up with Netflix as we are...

”Room was very clean and seemingly recently renovated. Unfortunately there was dreadful noise from above, which I think is a family in a flat. And stupid things like the kettle wasn’t in a cradle so you couldn’t fill it easily and the blinds did not keep out the light. ”

”Unfortunately the restaurant was closed something that we were not told when we checked in. The bar food consisted of a 5 item menu only and food was not allowed to be taken to room. The area has no other restaurants within walking distance. The room was excellent but the facilities that were available were very poor.”

”This place wasn’t what we hoped for so we didn’t stay. The room was not as big as it seemed on photos, no room to put our suitcases out. Room was dated and doors opened out onto parking lot. Very dark, no lights outside and muddy from a water main break. To make matters worse, a policeman knocked on door to say there had been an armed robbery nearby and offender was seen nearby. Very scary and unnerving. We decided we couldn’t stay and found another hotel. Swan House were not willing to refund....

”Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!”
