Cold and Japanese beetles
I think this would be a better idea in warmer weather. Heat was sparse and cabin is drafty. After turning the oven on for extra heat we settled down. We woke to Japanese beetles on everything. The heat and light drew them. Just wasnât what we were expecting. Left a day early.

The first 2 nights we had very noisy "neighbors" well into the night and beginning again at 4am. The staff were excellent . i did report that the shower had a constant stream of water, and the bathtub was discolored around the drain area. The toilet tissue holder had been broken.
