”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

”We have stayed at this property previously and had up until now found it to be clean and well maintained. On this occasion however we were distressed to find bed bugs. When we went to the front desk we were told there was no other room we could be moved to as the hotel was full. Were also told that there was no cleaning staff to clean the room. We were given extra bedding "to put over top" until the room could be cleaned the next day. We won't be staying here again.”

”Run-down hotel in a seedy neighbourhood. Paint peeling off the walls, part of a window missing - very very cold! Breakfast served at a nearby diner, not at the hotel. Staff was friendly, right on the busline to downtown. Not at all what can be expected for the price!”

”I don't think this is a great place if u want to walk around. Not much close. I do not think this is a great location for women traveling alone . I am surprised days inn has their name on this. Breakfast is granola bars, toast, muffins, apples, oranges,juice, and coffee. You get what you pay for. Out side entrances, rooms were clean, window air conditioners mine was blowing I think the filter out on the bed. Housekeeping was good. Staff was nice, I would say a 1 night stop it would be great .”
