”The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The best breakfast I have ever had while staying in Denver by far! The mansion is beautiful and I slept so good! We will definitely be staying there every year for our Bronco games. Parking was free too that’s always a plus.”

”Great atmosphere and drinks. Food was tasty as well.”

”Safe place a short ride from downtown.”

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”Amazing place. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the place is setup with spaces where you can chill quietly or there are plenty of spaces that create easy opportunities to socialise around the fire, jacuzzi or various lounges and outdoor areas. They provide excellent personal and posted recommendations on things to do. I fear I may have been spoiled having this as my guest Hostel experience as it is soo good. The bar has been set very high!!”

”Thank goodness there was someone at the front desk to let me in as the code given was incorrect! Great location, and nice lobby area and the woman at the lobby desk couldn’t have been nicer.”

”Spacious and clean room. Great area!”

”Great place to stay”

”I loved everything on property, although the heater on the whirlpool was not working. We book hotels specifically for the use of these particular amenities and the heater was not working. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.”

”Couches and furnitures in the mountain view room were pretty rough. Staff was great, there is constructions going on in the front currently. You will have to enter in back.”

”The Staff (especially Mason) were extremely helpful and knowledgable multiple times. The fitness facility was clean and well appointed. The location is perfect for accessing downtown points of interest, restaurants, and the airport in Denver. Jeff at the bar was friendly, smart, and professional.”

”Run-down hotel in a seedy neighbourhood. Paint peeling off the walls, part of a window missing - very very cold! Breakfast served at a nearby diner, not at the hotel. Staff was friendly, right on the busline to downtown. Not at all what can be expected for the price!”

”It's exactly what you would expect for a budget hotel in a rough part of town.”
