”We had a mouse in our room. Staff was good and moved us to a new room”

”We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh.”

”Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location.”

”Property was clean and majority of staff helpful. Suite contains no microwave, one television for both sides of suite and “nightstand’ was a small portion of wood built into headboard which contained little space. Average stay however.”

”The room was a little dated.”

”Ubicacion Excelente, Habitación Excelente, bar excelente, limpieza y deco hermosa, el cafe de la mañana y los muffins exquisitos! Amé volveré”

”Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. ”My overall stay at the Hilton was great. I have no complaints comfy bed spacious room enough for me and my son clean peaceful environment definitely would stay again.”

”The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

”We stayed one night at the property. Our neighbors were very loud very late at night but after a quick call to the service desk, someone did come up and delt with the loud group. Stad was very helpful. The description of the hotel lists rooms as soundproof - they are definitely not! Hotel looks great over all, very nice and clean lobby. Rooms are clean too but nothing special. Bathrooms are ok. Very convenient location right by the highway. We would stay again”

”They gave me a room that had broken heat. Asked them to fix it on the second day of my stay but it did not happen. Next morning asked to have it fixed. Maintenance said it was fixed but 2 hours later it still did not work. They finally switched me to a different room”

”Muuten kaikki meni oikein hyvin, mutta naapurihuoneessa haukkui koira lähes puoleen yöhön, ja kukaan ei tehnyt asialle mitään.”
