”The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid. ”

”Room was clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pillows accommodated my picky neck. We had one issue. Friendly courteous staff. Ravi made every effort to resolve the issue and he did. Our Room was conveniently located to take the dogs out easily. Food was adequate. Coffee was ok. I did not partake in pool or exercise room. So cannot rate. I would recommend this place. ”

”First of all, the room I reserved and PIAD for was NOT available. I was put in a different room that did NOT compare to the one I paid for. Also, the bathroom door would NOT latch shut. Very disappointed in the whole situation! Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I do expect reimbursement for the difference in price between the two rooms.”

”Lounge unimpressive. Peeling wallpaper, e.g. Room was nice, clean. Good shower. Very good breakfast. AMAZING burger at the place next door (Tavern was part of the name, forgot the full name). Would stay there again.”

”Hotel is well maintained, some normal wear and tear in the bathroom as expected. The breakfast was delicious but wish it started earlier than 7:00AM as we were there for a volleyball tournament and had to be at the facility at 7:15 which allowed very little time to eat. ”

”Was more than pleased with the accommodations. River view room with a lovely sunrise overlooking the Rock River. The breakfast on Monday March 9th was tasty and the dining room attendant was lovely- she mentioned she has working there for several years. This will definitely be our go-to for future Rockford trips! ”
