Buldging pealing and cracked walls and ceilings, insufficient outlets, uneven floors and walls, and structure; doors did not close, dirty worn sofas, insufficient kitchen supplies, old rough towels, tiny toilet, intermittent air conditioner in living room, fear of collapsing holes in the balcony floor, worn dirty porch furniture, wobbly banister on steep...

”This was my first solo experience and this place and the accommodations made it perfect and safe. Place was clean and looked just like the pictures and to get in and out were easy. Place was very close to a park that had a wonderful summer farmers market. I would stay here again next time I visit this area and will highly recommend.”

”The place was mostly clean. One of the bath mats was pretty old and maybe dirty. But otherwise it was clean and organized. The bedroom was MUCH darker than the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the amount of noise that came from the upstairs unit. Even with the white noise machine on the stomping and water noises in the middle of the night were impossible to sleep through. There was even a night when there was so much screaming that we thought about calling 911....
