”Wonderful place to stay on the southern eastern shore. Units have full kitchens. You could stay here for a night or for a week!”

”Typical budget beach hotel with no amenities to rave about but location was great. Outdated rooms with smelly refrigerator but beds were comfortable and AC,shower etc working fine. As stated above average budget hotel don't expect anything more”

”Bathroom was gross, and only conditioner in the wall mounted dispensers and I had to refill the TP. Kitchenette sink did have soap. Otherwise pretty much what you would expect at this price point. Full size refrigerator was nice to have. We were here for one night only, but be aware that if you are planning on using the kitchen there are no dishes,pots, tableware etc. Bring your own. No blankets but the sheets and towels were clean.”

”Not a picky person and only stayed one night. This place is old and is in dire need of some upkeep, let alone upgrades. Not very clean either. ”

”We had a great stay on March 7th and 8th. We had the corner room facing the shops. It was the first warm weekend of the year and the sidewalks were full of people shopping. My room was clean and the fridge and microwave worked. The bathroom could be nicer as far as the shower stall has some stains but it was clean. The gentleman that works in the office was super nice and check in was easy. Parking garage is small so i would recommend backing into your spot so its easier when you drive out....

I booked here for the location and it is a 3-4 min walk to the Virginia Beach Convention Center. We went for the Royal Beach National Cheer Comp and all everyone complained about was the parking, the lack of parking or the cost of parking. We didn't have to worry about any of it. ”Expedia should make clear that the hotel will insist on a significant extra payment at check-in as deposit for incidentals. This affected our budget. I've never before been at a hotel where it's so difficult to get the room cleaned. Had to ask multiple times before ours was. The hotel's knowledge about whether their so-called accessible rooms had walk-in showers was poor. Their systems obviously did not have accurate information and my wife and I ended up in 3 different rooms in 24 hours while...

”Room was disgusting. We stayed in room 305. There was a hole under the sink which looked like staff tried to fill it and stopped before finishing. The ceiling above the toilet was leaking water for about 2 hours on our last night there. The bathroom door looked like it had dried old boogers on it. There was punch hole on the bedroom door. ”
