”The flat is adorable, very well kept, and centrally located in town. The owners, Sam and Jeff, have thought of so many little touches that make their flat feel like home. Sam, who is often working downstairs in Creekside Provisions, gave us tons of ideas for restaurants and things to do. She even made a dinner reservation for us! We had the best time in Berkeley Springs, and a big reason was the lovely stay we had in the Creekside Flat.”

”We stayed in this apartment on the final day of our GAP/C&O Canal ride. We appreciated the location close to the trail and close to good restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the unit has nice touches like a coffee pot, cold and hot water dispenser, quality linens, and a bike storage shed. We met the owner and enjoyed chatting about the local area. Special thanks for accommodating an early check in. We highly recommend staying here on your visit to Brunswick.”

”Great location. We did not bring a pet but they thoughtfully provided a dog bed for those who do, which was very cute. It was great that they provide dishes for use on property and the kitchen cabinets were well labelled. There is a good ice cream place a block away and it was quick and easy to walk to the major downtown areas. We would stay here again in the future”

”This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away...

”Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”
