”It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware.”

”I have no words. This place looks nothing like the pictures. I was just looking for a cheap place to stay during a trip with my young son. I didn't expect royalty, but I expected "acceptable motel". I arrived to a woman sitting on the curb crying to a group of people that she had been robbed. My son was scared. There was what appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. ”Every single employee was kind, acknowledged us as we passed, and were willing to answer any questions we had. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance guy who tightened the screws on our door bolt, to Ginger who explained the services at the spa and the workout room, everyone was top notch. Room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom smelled great and appeared to be recently renovated.”

”They ran out of coffee at breakfast and we ended up going back to our room after waiting 20 minutes. And someone dropped one of the serving utensils and I took it back to the lady in the kitchen. And I stood there waiting on her to realize I was standing there, her ear pod was in so she couldn't hear me. But house keeper was wonderful and front desk was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!”

”Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.”

”Property was clean, modern, and staff was pleasant, Attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was overall standard but I did appreciate the vegetarian breakfast sausage option upon request.”
