”We loved the hotel and the room.The staff were all very friendly.The room was kept very clean and the bed got made each day.The shower was clean and very good. The breakfast was very good and it was free. This was our 4th time we have stayed there.You could also help yourself to a free hot drink from the machine after we came back from walking each day.We stayed 4 nights like we always do.We just love it.Thank you to everyone there for making our stay so enjoyable.”

”The hotel is easy walking distance to the train station and city centre. The hotel is well maintained. The Reception staff were very helpful especially Kurt providing useful information on Chester. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good every day we stayed. Roger was very organised in serving us the hot breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.”
