”Hôtel très bien situé, facilement accessible de la gare ou de la gare routière. Le centre ville n'est pas très loin non plus, les balades le long du canal sont plutôt agréables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Chester.”

”Room was really big. Very clean Spa was lovely, not too busy very clean. All staff were very polite friendly and helpfull. Our waiter in the palm court was excellent. Olly. All food was delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast and evening meal at the palm court. The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful decor. We like bed celebrating our friends 60th birthday there and will definitely be back.”

”The hotel was lovely friendly staff, great location and looking over the canal. Breakfast great, good value for money. Rooms were a little tired and a few cobwebs but it was mostly very clean. ”

”Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. ”

”Friendly staff, nicely designed rooms, nice bar, comfy beds (albeit quite high… I struggled to get on let alone my little boy). Good value breakfast.”

”Nice and easy check in. Junior Suite was a lovely room. Spa was very nice although the additional £20 per person per day even though we had 2 treatments booked in. This wasn’t really made clear until we arrived. ”
