”Great check in. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable with good tea and coffee in the room. Free parking. There was also 3 electric car charging points on the car park. The breakfast was also good. I’m a lovely location by the river but only a short walk to the city centre and the races. Would definitely stay again.”

”Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap.”

”The hotel seemed pretty sophisticated and the building was charming. The room was pretty small, but still had the essentials (bathroom, some snacks, tea, TV). Bed wasn't necessarily nice for a tall person, but other than that I slept okay, even though the walls were paper-thin (I would say maybe not the best option for light-sleepers). Shower was really hard to work out and eventually I had to take a bath instead - which wasn't the best option, but better than nothing. The room was clean and the...
