”When we arrived at 10 PM they did not have a room for us. The front desk clerk offered to go up and clean a room so we did not have to go elsewhere. After about a half an hour she came back and gave us the room on a floor with a bad smell, but it was not in the room. Checkout was seemless the next morning.”

Filthy bathroom, filthy bathtub, huge blood stain on the mattress under the mattress pad, food on the floor between the bed and the nightstand.
