”The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

”Great communication from owner! This is a lovely older home in a quiet neighborhood. The front fenced yard was perfect for our dog and the home's interior was super clean and inviting. We had 2 vehicles and were able to find street parking easily in front of home. We ate at the Mexican restaurant that was very close by (Amigos) and it was delicious. Also, very close to a Target & Kroger along with many other shops. I would definitely stay at this home again!”

”The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and...
