”Property was dirty, smelled, paint peeling off ceiling, and leaking toilet with water on the floor. Will not stay again! Breakfast area was dirty and disgusting.”

”This property is very beautiful. We loved everything about it, and despite it being pretty busy, it was quiet and peaceful. Our only issue is that we had a lot of luggage for a very long trip across multiple states and there wasn't a whole lot of luggage storage in our room. Breakfast at the property in the morning was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and on the huge porch to read and enjoy the sunshine. ”This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room. I loved this place and will stay in the future.”

”Our room at The Intrepid was great. It is in an excellent location in downtown Duluth. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The staff were quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in and out were very easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Despite being downtown, it was very quiet.”
