”We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available.
Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there.
Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”

”Everything was good, except the pool wasn’t heated as they said and wasn’t cleaned either. Also there was no one on the front desk until 9AM for help. Also guests on the second floor were running and loud. Shared balcony was mess by our neighbour. also mentioned onsite bar and restaurant was closed.”

”The main pro about this location is proximity to the Lake George and main streets and attractions are in walking distance. We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in and they kindly let us check-in early. The cleaning staff did a great job tidying up every day. The room and bathroom are pretty basic and bare bones. Would appreciate a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. May seem like a minor request but such an inexpensive upgrade could make a huge difference in comfort. The pool is...
