”Big room with lots of amenities. Quiet, helpful staff. New property ”

”Overall clean property with staff who responded with kindness. Highlight was the daily breakfast buffet. Rooms were a little smaller than average but still met my needs. The pool was closed for construction (sad) but there were lots of things to eat/do nearby, as well as shopping options.”

”I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

”We got the worst room in the hotel! Booked our room late afternoon for same night arrival. Got to the hotel @ 9:30pm. Parking lot not full. Front desk attendant was courteous. Gave us a room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. @ 4:00am the elevator got active and continued loudly the rest of our stay. Loud even with earplugs in! The beds were arranged where our heads were right by the elevator. Our rooms door gave no privacy as you could see all the way around it lighting up the room with no...

”The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. Regarding the staff and the room, I was very satisfied. However, I had a late flight in (checked in after midnight) and was expecting a restful night and to sleep in a bit. ”That was the most worst place in cedar rapids that I have ever been in the room had stuff still on the floor there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling like it had leaked and it looked moldy and dirty and nasty there was a ring around the bathtub and then I go to go to the pool to go swimming get in the pool and it is freezing freezing cold even though it was really nice out but this water was so cold it's like somebody dropped ice cubes in there and there are bugs flies gnats and food in the pool...

”Helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels,etc. Free shuttle to airport. Would definitely stay again.”

”We had a one night stay. While the facility was clean and the staff was helpful. Our bed was comfortable but the pillows were unsatisfactory. We both woke up with neck pain. We were a little disturbed about the $15.00 parking fee in the parking ramp.”
