Unfortunately, housekeeping only came once, around 9:00 a.m. Since we had just woken up, we asked them to come back later, but they never returned for the remainder of our stay. ”Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude”
