”Was nice clean newer-ish hotel. Nice breakfast. Spacious rooms and I loved having the kitchenette. Close to so many things.”

”This hotel located in Westdale commercial area, close to restaurants and shops (Walmart and Target). The staff was helpful during the check in. The room had decent space and it was clean; the bathroom was new with lots of towels. The breakfast was ok with a pancake machine, avena, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There was a small inside swimming pool and a gym too.”

”I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

”Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you.”

”The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. Regarding the staff and the room, I was very satisfied. However, I had a late flight in (checked in after midnight) and was expecting a restful night and to sleep in a bit. ”Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

”Hospitality abounds in this clean and well-appointed Midwest hotel. Breakfast was superb. It he room was quiet and comfortable.”

”I had hair on my sheets and the rooms were not clean. The area was sketchy and pretty sure the people by us were doing drugs, you could smell it and it had that atmosphere. I'd never recommend staying there.”

”We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night.”

”Room could have been cleaner. Carpets needed to be vacuumed. Hot tub was closed down. Shuttle driver could have been more helpful with loading suitcases. Location to airport was very convenient.”

”I deducted 3 stars because my room was not cleaned AT ALL! Simply taking out the trash that I bagged neatly is not indicative of the rate I had to pay for my stay. I mean didn’t even take the glasses back provided through room service… I did however add a star back because security was kind enough to walk me to my car where I was forced to park on the top level of the garage due to a comedy show.”

”My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport.”

”We were barely talked to at the front desk, the room was dirty and stained, and when we went to check out, there was no one at the desk, so I had no way of knowing how much I was going to be charged until it hit my account. Overall just an unpleasant stay.”

”Only one channel on the TV. Maint. came up and fixed the channels but didn’t program the remote so no volume control. Motel is very old and worn. Front desk staff were nice enough, but after Ubering to & from the hotel & airport, it would have definitely been more cost effective to stay at a nicer hotel with a shuttle & free breakfast.”
