Poggio Puccino Countryhouse

Tämän savuttoman loma-asunnon palveluihin kuuluu ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on puutarha ja grillejä. Indrukwekkend huis met een ideale ligging hoor verschillende dagtripjes!Alles was aanwezig was wat je nodig had en zelfs meer. Giacomo is een fantastische gatsheer die steeds beschikbaar was gedurende onze trip. Hij had ook verschillende tips neergeschreven wat meteen een warm welkom was. Zeker een aanrader en we komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir waren absolut begeistert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out!Trotz unserer späten Ankunft um 19 Uhr wurden wir von Giacomo und seinem Vater herzlich und fröhlich winkend empfangen. Schon eine Woche vor unserer Reise nahm Giacomo Kontakt mit uns auf und stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit. Das hat uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben, denn so war sofort klar, dass wir in besten Händen sind.Nach einer freundlichen Hausführung erklärte er uns alles in Ruhe und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes über WhatsApp erreichbar – mit hilfreichen Tipps und Links für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Das Ferienhaus selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen – von Gewürzen über mehrere Kaffeemaschinen bis hin zu allen Utensilien. Auch die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern (je vier pro Person) ist ein Service, den man nicht überall findet.Wir haben den Pool und die gemütliche Lounge im Obergeschoss sehr genossen, und auch der kleine Billardtisch war ein echtes Highlight für die Abende.Von uns gibt es die volle Punktzahl – dieses Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fantastic!

We were warmly welcomed by father and son. The house is in fantastic condition and equipped with all modern conveniences. The swimming pool is lovely, the covered terrace is great, and the airconditioners work well. Two travel cots were ready for our little ones. And the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.If I may suggest one thing, it would be to add a child safety gate at the top of the indoor staircase. Also, we weren’t able to use the bedroom without airconditioning, as it was too hot. It’s a small room that gets sun all day.

10 stars!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We have stayed in countless vacation homes across the United States and Europe and this place is in our top three ever! It is simply magical. The grounds are immaculate. The kids loved the pool and adults all the outdoor space and views. The house is the perfect balance of old charm and modern convenience. Giacomo had done an excellent job designing every detail. He was an excellent host - had great dining and travel suggestions that we followed and loved. We also loved seeing his dad in the mornings as he does the ground keeping. Overall I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We are back in Rome now before we head back to Chicago and all my kids can talk about is how much they miss the “Tuscany house.”Book this beautiful house now! And thank you, Giacomo for an unforgettable stay. Say hi to your dad for us!

This was the most beautiful property that Ive ever stayed at in Italy. It’s located in the scenic Tuscan hillside outside of the quaint and welcoming town of Chianni. The pool was perfect and the house accommodated our family perfectly. It’s immaculate and convenient for exploring beautiful Tuscany. We made some meals at home and most we ate away from home. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. We usually ate breakfast at home after a 5 minute drive to the local bakery in Chianni . Everything was better than described and having the owners dad Carlo nearly in Chianni was a special treat. I would give this 6 stars if I could

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Pool war immer sauber und im besten Zustand. Carlo der Vater des Vermieters war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele Wildtiere um das Haus entdeckt. Hasen, Rehe und wunderschöne Vögel. Die Distanzen zu berühmten toskanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto locker zu bewältigen.

Overall the property is in a very good condition in a beautiful location & contained within its own extensive grounds. Our host Giacomo was helpful & his father, who was accessible on site if ever required, was wonderful. Our party was without WIFI for about half our stay but the fault, which we were unable to trace or remedy, may well have been the fault of the external provider. One negative comments concerns access to the 1st floor bedrooms which are reached either by a difficult internal spiral staircase or by external steps (visible in the site pictures), open to the elements, with a door which can only be unlocked from the inside. This could be relatively easily remedied by a permanent canopy over the external stairs & lock which could be operated from both inside & out.

Awesome Place for Vacation in Tuscany

We rentet the country house for a week for a vacation with friends. We were 7 people and had plenty of room for all kind of activities and privacy. The place is even nicer than shown on the pictures. The host is very kind and helpful. Would go here any time again

Beautifully restored home in a gorgeous Tuscan setting, The distant views of the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The villa provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was located just off of a rugged country road near the historic town of Chianni, where there are many good restaurants. My husband and I spent the week touring around the countryside, enjoying the Mid-Evil villages and trying not to get into too much trouble driving along with the Italian drivers. Be very careful during along those narrow roads that lead you up the hills and through the villages! You will need a car to explore and Google Maps is a must! Giacomo and his Dad were very nice hosts.

Delightful Tuscan Hideaway

What a delightful spot in the Tuscan countryside. Secluded but not remote. The hillside town of Chianni only 5 minutes away. The Villa is beautifully restored to a very high standard and sits comfortably on large plot with vineyards and olive groves. Inside the villa has been tastefully decorated and the well appointed kitchen has all you need to cook tasty pasta dishes from the local ingredients . The air-conditioned interior including the bedrooms guarantees comfortable night sleep whatever the weather. Outside there is a covered porch with a large dining table where we ate everyday ,making use of there wood fired barbecue on number of occasions ,sipping tuscan wine till late into the night . The pool close to the villa has easy access down a series of steps and has views across the Tuscan hills towards Lajatico and Volterra. Supermarkets are only 20 minutes away . Conad at La Capannina and Coop at Peccioli are both well stocked but you can get bread and basics from the shops in Chianni. There are many restaurants within 30 Minutes of the villa. We visited the "Bocelli Cantina" at La Sterza and "Il Due Lago" for great pizza and pasta . We also had a great evening in Lajatico at "Da Nello" and a lovely meal at "Locanda Di Gallo" in Chianni. We were met by our host Giacomo and his father Carlo. They are most welcoming and very responsive to queries and needs. Thank you Carlo for the verdura and vino, belissimo. Excellent country house in beautiful area

We had a great stay in this house. It’s located on a large domain with olive and wine trees. We stayed with 8 in the house which was very comfortable given the size of the house. Each room we used had airco. There were two rooms we didn’t use, which don’t have airco. There is a nice covered terras, which made that we could have every meal outside despite temperatures between 35 and 40C. Remains to mention the beautiful swimming pool with stair entry and ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m depth. The swimming pool area is fenced. We were welcomed by the host Giacomo and his father. The father took care of the area every day and if there was an issue he was able to help on very short time. Giacomo was easy to reach through WhatsApp. All in all a great stay in a great area!

Luxury in the hills of Tuscany

The villa has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Tuscany. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood for quiet reflection time, but located perfectly for day trips to all the wonderful towns of Tuscany. We had an amazing family vacation. Would stay here again.

We spent at the beginning of April 7 days in this wonderful house and although the weather wasn't always good and warm (yes, we would have loved to have more sun:-)), we had a lot of fun and joy! Great family holiday

We were a mixture of ages (children from 8 months to 8 years, parents and Grandparents) and all of us had a fantastic time in the villa. The pool was big and set away from the house behind a fence, which was perfect with children. The villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Giacomo and his father were also very quick at answering any questions ahead of our stay and helping us when we were there. Don't forget to pack your mosquito spray as, being in the countryside, there were lots about!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren in einer Freundesgeuppe mit 10 Erwachsenen in der Finca bei Giacomo zu Gast. Das 5. Schlafzimmer ist für 2 Erwachsene nicht nutzbar. Weswegen wir das Ganze etwas flexibel gestalten mussten. Hierzu hatte uns Giacomo nach der Buchung aber drauf hingewiesen. Ein Hinweis im Inserat hatten wir hierzu allerdings nicht gesehen. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Utensilien um für 10 Personen zu Kochen. Auch die Grillstation ist super für abendliches Grillen geeignet. Es gab außerdem genügend Handtücher für die Badezimmer und zur Poolnutzung. Die Finca ist ziemlich allein in einem Weinberg gelegen, der nächste Ort mit Restaurants/ Bars ist ca. 2-3 km bzw. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist gut zu erreichen und liegt 15 Autominuten entfernt. Giacomo und sein Vater sind super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub an den wir uns sehr gerne zurück erinnern.

Ein perfekter Ort

Das Landhaus ist einmalig, sehr gepflegt und perfekt ausgestattet. Highlight ist der große und sehr gepflegte Pool, aber auch die Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch und dem Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana haben uns begeistert. Giacomo und sein Vater waren perfekte Gastgeber, fürsorglich und dezent. Danke für eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche.

A lovely stay

We had a lovely week in the villa! Great house and pools area! Nice surroundings and a charming little town nearby. Giacomo was a great host and we had no problems with the house. Would love to come back!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Freundliche WhatsappKommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Gastgeben. Herzlicher Empfang mit "Willkommengruß aus lokaler Pizzeria". Für 8 Personen hervorragend geeignet. Leider ist das 5. Zimmer sehr klein und bestenfalls für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Ansonsten rundum perfekt. Günstige Lage für Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Siena, Luca etc. Die Küche ich vollkommen zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet und auch der Holzkohlegrill auf der Terrasse kann benutzt werden.
