”Serious air quality issues While the staff at this hotel were friendly and the breakfast was decent, I cannot recommend staying here due to severe air quality and health concerns. I was originally assigned a room with an overwhelming, perfume-like fragrance. As an asthmatic, this room was completely unusable; I began experiencing respiratory symptoms within a minute of entering. To their credit, the staff kindly moved me to a larger room with a balcony. Unfortunately, the second room had even...

”The room was excellent with a bath tub. I do hope, however, that they'd replace the floorcarpet at some point. The location was very close to metro (200m) where we could get directly to Duomo. Parking was private and safe, but harder to bigger cars than sedan models. ”

”Great place to stay for a family of max 4. Very clean and nice apartment with a spacious balcony. Possible to prepare own meals if desired. Approx, 10 mins metro ride to the Duomo, very efficient and runs every 5th minute. Closest metro stop "Corvetto".”

”Weird smell in the hallway. Reception hall was really small, didn’t feel like 4-star hotel.”

”Everything was good”

”Was top.”

”Comodo tranquillo pulito colazione bene personale gentile”

”Okay Hotel. Nothing fancy. Too far from train station and shopping district.”

”Small hotel with quite basic room condition Pros - Near to metro station, working elevator, decent breakfast spread Cons - Basic room conditions suitable for solo short stays ”

”Molto pulito confortevole Vicino metro”

”The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. ”

”Horrible check in, by 3pm no check in information, we sent whatsapp, email and called for help and finally managed to check in at 3.30pm but accommodation was not ready it was missing sheets and cribs. Communication was frustrating and service rude and slow. Accommodation was ready at 6pm. The provider refused to compensate. Accommodation itself was good, near metro, restaurants, grocery and playground. Had stairs.”

”Very nice place. Convenient to the tram”
