”The juice on check-in was very tasty. The staff were really friendly, and not in the performative way, but in the "yeah, we run this place and we care" way. The rooms were hip and classy. Breakfast (french toast, pancakes, chicken sausage, hash browns) was all top notch, and at a price that would feel like a reasonably-good value at a restaurant that didn't have the typical hotel markup. Almost stayed in town an extra night to eat the breakfast again.”

”The tv didn’t work, the toilet ran non stop, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely. We also had to wait until 515 to check in!”

”This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Dirty!! no bar soap. Bathroom was dirty, shower tub was clogged as you showered, carpet was dirty, on the 2nd day we asked them to tidy up the room, but the cleaning lady did not even step in the room. ”

”Breakfast was amazing and the hotel employee serving was amazing!!! Very clean and well stocked with everything you left at home!!!”

”Tullessani puolen yön aikaan hiukan tyly vanhempi mies vastaanotossa ei hyväksynyt luttokorttejani, jotka kyllä kävivät seuraavassa hotellissa ja autovuokraamossa, vaan jouduin maksamaan käteisellä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja portaat kapeat ja jyrkähköt. Hiukan nuhraantuneessa huoneessa oli uutta ikkunat, ilmastointilaite ja televisio. Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....

”The breakfast menu was fresh. However it was very bland and even with the salsa they gave for the breakfast burrito it still was just that nothing special. For what it was it was way too much in price The bar was very clean with limited seating for breakfast though”

”Tyttären kanssa asuimme kahden makuuhuoneen asunnossa. Tilaa ja omaa rauhaa oli mukavasti. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän, ettei olisi tarvinnut pestä niitä niin usein. Kylpyhuoneet vaatisivat perusteellisempaa suursiivousta. Kuntosali oli kookas ja välineitä riittävästi.”

”Hieno huoneisto, hyvä aamupala ( jos vielä juusto- ja kalkkunaviipaleita olisi ). Aamupalahuoneen vastaanottajamies/ huonenumeron tarkastaja tosi mukava. ”

”We had an excellent day in Chicago for my son 17th birthday. The staff was incredible. I was hoping we could get upgraded to a double bed room and they work their magic to make it happen. I can’t say enough about this place and about the staff. Definitely going to be somewhere I stay again.”
