”Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room...

”Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating.”
