”Wow! What a great experience this was. I love how when I walked in the hotel I immediately saw smiling faces and a poster of President Obama in the corner. It was right on brand for my stay as I was visiting the Obama Presidential Center for the Grand Opening weekend. The breakfast was delicious and I love that we had a space to park at the hotel. This hotel was convenient for my commute in Hyde Park. I will be back. Thank you, staff for your service and kind hospitality!”

”Room was clean, staff was very friendly, however there was no option for pool( looked damaged).”

”Order a room through Expedia (third party app) and when i arrived the motel staff told me they hadn’t received the reservation for my room and they were having complications with booking through third party apps. They didnt have any extra rooms and it was just all over a horrible experience!”

”No smoke detector in my room, no deadbolt or chain for security, refrigerator was leaking something sticky, NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR ON THE BED I slept on top of all the sheets and the blanket, it was just a sheet so thin on the mattress you could see the mattress through it so you’d be sleeping on everyone else’s sweat and bodily fluids. Thin walls, room looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website.”

”I wasn't able to stay at this location because they never gave me the coffee to get in because they wanted a Deposit for $300 but zelle was the only payment.”

”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”The Hampton Inn was oversold; therefore, I was put into the Hilton Garden Inn. That was okay, a clean room is a clean room. You had to have another key for breakfast at the Hampton Inn as I didn't pay for the Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. LOL ..”

”We got in town early and they were able to accommodate early check-in. I had never stayed at hotel in Chicago where they allow us to check in early.”

”Tullessani puolen yön aikaan hiukan tyly vanhempi mies vastaanotossa ei hyväksynyt luttokorttejani, jotka kyllä kävivät seuraavassa hotellissa ja autovuokraamossa, vaan jouduin maksamaan käteisellä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja portaat kapeat ja jyrkähköt. Hiukan nuhraantuneessa huoneessa oli uutta ikkunat, ilmastointilaite ja televisio. Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....

”Small pool for three hotels, if anything offer free breakfast for the three hotels and have a lobby bar.”

”Tyttären kanssa asuimme kahden makuuhuoneen asunnossa. Tilaa ja omaa rauhaa oli mukavasti. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen, mutta astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän, ettei olisi tarvinnut pestä niitä niin usein. Kylpyhuoneet vaatisivat perusteellisempaa suursiivousta. Kuntosali oli kookas ja välineitä riittävästi.”

”Mario at the reception desk was very helpful in outlining favorites of his to visit. We went to all the places he suggested and did not regret, Cindy's rooftop, Eleven Diner for the best Rueben, to name a few. He was super friendly and very helpful. The doorman was always greeting us with a smile and giving us the feeling we were entering a safe place. We needed to ask housekeeping for soap bars to wash our hands, not sure why that was not in the room with a soap dish in the bathroom and our...
