”Short break with the family. plenty of space and well located for the village and harbour. Could have been cleaner but overall a very pleasant few days.”

”We found the bungalow to be really clean and well equipped. It was so nice to have a decent sized, quiet garden to relax in on the days that we decided to just chill out. Lovely comfortable furniture in the large lounge. It is just a short walk into the village of East Wittering where there is a really good variety of shops and places to eat. The beach is literally a five minute stroll away, lovely. Overall we had a lovely break in a very comfortable property.”

”Outstanding property fully equipped and with lots of little goodies. It was our second stay at the property, and we’d come back any time. Just a hint: the chairs at the dining room need some review. This being said: Bosham is outstanding, and the Millstream Cottage is as well.”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Coastguards. We’re regular visitors of west wittering and the location is perfect for exploring the beach and local area. A very comfortable and functional place for the family. We would have loved a bbq! The kitchen was a little dated but we spent little time in the cottage as we were out and about enjoying crabbing, beach walks, the local pub and Chichester. Thank you!”

”Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!”

”The Dingle is an old cottage and it did smell musty however, once we were in and out this faded. Every effort had been made to make it welcoming with a large basket of essentials and even dog treats, and milk tea and coffee in the kitchen. The A27 runs directly behind the cottage so open windows - noise. The grounds are large and flat but not secure for dogs,I used my mobility scooter with my service dog on lead, however the tennis court was a massive bonus for poochy tennis!!! Situated with...

”Very well presented and well-equipped. Had everything we needed for a family beach holiday plus a pleasant south facing patio/garden. Plenty of parking. 10 mins walk to supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bakers, etc. plus a few restaurants and cafés. Would stay there again.”

”We were very impressed by the standard of interior design and cleanliness. What a joy! To tick the ‘luxury’ box I think the upstairs bathroom needs a power shower and some fluffy towels. Bedroom excellent with an enormous bed with a superb mattress. The immediate location is pretty and peaceful. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed sitting outside, and walking to the marina. ”We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. The surroundings were beautiful. It was great to also have a little kitchen to make our own breakfast in the morning. ”

”The old thatch was lovely , great location and the pool was the one key attribute that kept us all cool , heated to 28 and in the sun it maintained the temperature we were so lucky with the weather 30 degrees and above all week ! Laura who managed property came out with no issues as we couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work , local pub was amazing food The white Swan , 2 minute walk away , location was great not a noisy area even though it was in a built up area , parking for 3 cars on driveway with gates ,...

”House was as listed. The location wasnt great in terms of things to do, however we did stay out of season and should have beared that in mind. If i had to suggest an improvement it woukd be to use one of the rooms as a games room, although i appreciate this will reduce the amount of people that can stay. House was clean, check in process was easy.”
