”We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home.”

The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped.”

”We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! ”Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged.”

”Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought us a replacement within a few hours which was impressive & essential as we needed ice for drinks! The garden is so lovely. The location is exactly what I was after. Beautiful quiet village. We sat in bed one morning listening to the bird song. Heaven. Local pubs were great too. Our host was lovely. Attentive & communicative. We had such a lovely stay and I didn’t want to leave. ❤️...
