It was a great experience staying here. The Greek restaurant was hands down the best and I would eat there every night if I go there again. They were pretty aggressive marketing their membership but they gave me a couple’s massage and baja bed at the pool for the trouble. Room service food wasn’t as good as the buffet meals but okay. The portions were pretty small but I can understand wanting to not waste food. The buffet meals were great though. You need to ask for bacon or butter at your table and you won’t know if you don’t ask. The rooms could use some sort of air freshener when the lagoon starts smelling a little funky. The jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely and I used it well. Housecleaning was really great, they’d clean and lay my bed at least 3 times a day if I did not put up the do not disturb sign on my door. The cleaners were respectful as well. A little convenience store for essential needs would be great so you don’t need to leave the resort to find women’s sanitary products. They need more drink choices for non alcohol drinkers like me though.
