Bug in my daughters eggs, ice machine broken on floor I was on, couch bed was horrid worst bed I've ever had to sleep on. Overcharged for all that was price the money I spent was wasted on a terrible hotel that is supposed to be a very well named hotel. Overall experience was I wish I had picked another hotel. Just...

”I scheduled three rooms in March under my name for my family for three rooms. When we checked in our three rooms were all the same with two queens with a mandatory deposit that the desk clerk guaranteed us to get our deposit back for all three rooms. Hopefully, the property will do the right thing and refund each room, as the desk clerk said we would get the deposit when we checked out. PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.”

”Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Super poor prepared breakfast , when I asked about refilling a station I received a no because it was as while supplies lasted , I never heard of that when providing breakfast”

”We have stayed at this Hampton Inn before and it always meets our needs for an overnight stay. Very clean and spacious rooms.”

”Stopped unexpectedly do to storm. About the only thing nice I can say about this place was the front desk guy was great. Place was dirty and in disrepair. Broken AC laying in the hall, carpet worn through in many places. Bed were old , creaky, and musty. Comforter was dirty. Bathrooms were cleaned mid century at best. Was definitely not quality. Was kind of surprised at the price versus value.”
